The Prime Minister announced on Monday 22nd February 2021 that, all being well, the personal care sector can re-open on Monday 12th April 2021 under Step 2 of the Government's Roadmap out of the current lockdown for England. The date of re-opening depends on the rollout of the vaccine, the rate of infections and the impact of any new variants of the coronavirus.

COVID–19 Safety Guidelines

I would firstly like to welcome you all back to Tranquil Escapes and am pleased to be able to offer treatments in line with latest government guidance and regulations. The following changes have been implemented to ensure health and safety of all.

If you or any member of your household are unwell, please do not attend your appointment and inform me as soon as possible.

Please try to arrive at your appointment time to ensure all cleaning measures are completed prior to your arrival. After knocking, allow time for me to put on PPE before welcoming you.

Test and Trace QR code available for check in at the entrance.

I will be wearing full PPE on your arrival including face mask/shield, apron and gloves. All PPE items are changed for each client.

Face masks must be worn. I can provide a mask at the cost of £1.00 if you do not bring one with you.

Please come alone to your appointment, or with the other person from your household if you have booked a treatment together. No children are permitted at this time.

No drinks will be provided; if you require a drink please bring one with you.

All clients will be asked to sanitise their hands on arrival and complete a COVID–19 checklist.

Please avoid touching any unnecessary surfaces/products including door handles.

Please avoid bringing unnecessary belongings with you. Avoid touching any belongings until your treatment has ended, to avoid cross contamination.

The treatment room, entrance way, equipment and tools are sanitised between each client.

Whilst there are toilet facilities available on request, please try to go before attending your appointment.

Bank transfers would be preferable, although cash payments will be accepted if necessary.
